HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I REQUIRE?

The number of visits required will vary according to each persons particular issue and presenting symptoms. Some people, depending upon the nature of the issue or condition and their level of motivation, may only require one consultation to achieve a measurable and significant change in their lives. However, many will require several consultations to either reinforce the initial treatment or to manage and deal with deeper seated underlying causes. A professional approach to your treatment is maintained at all times and therapy with you is on a ‘one to one’ basis to work towards achieving your desired outcome.

Travel to you options (at additional cost).

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is required prior to any booked sessions.

Payment methods include; Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Cash or Afterpay

A booking fee will be taken to secure your appointment. This fee is not refundable if you cancel inside 48 Hours or you don't show up.

If payment is made through your NDIS plan, this will be required to be approved by your plan coordinator and will be invoiced accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation of a booked appointment.

The booking fee will not be refunded if the notification is given less than 48 hours prior.
